  • Where do you ship from?
    All orders are shipped from Westlake, Texas, USA.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    At this time, we ship within the United States only.

  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • What shipping options do you offer?
    We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Economy Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days after processing

Express Shipping ($15 flat rate): 1–2 business days after processing

  • Which carriers do you use?
    We ship using USPS and FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected.

  • Will I receive tracking information?
    Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Why is my package taking longer than expected?
    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Once your package is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

  • What if my package is lost or delayed?
    Seven Stars is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier using your tracking number. If you need additional help, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to assist!
